Trainer (Capacitador)

We are looking for a Trainer to join our Adoption area. The candidate will be required to collaborate closely with members of Training team and level 1 and 2 of technician support, for successful implementation of solutions for different clients.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and keep updated the value proposition for trainings offered

Create and keep updated the didactic material to be used in trainings

Actively participate in the training pre-sales process, providing technical and strategic support to ensure alignment with customer needs.

Plan, prepare and deliver training to customers, focusing on how it can add value to their business processes.

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to motivate

Ability to adapt to different learning styles

Ability to provide constructive feedback

Ability to maintain attention and interest

Pedagogical and teaching skills (must-have)

Knowledke and experience with computer tools such as hardware and software (must-have)

Experience as an teacher (for example English teacher)
