Possumus is looking for a Business Developer for the US Market to join our dynamic team!

Possumus is a leading technology and AI company, specialized in software development for the Banking, Fintech, and Oil & Gas sectors. We focus on delivering innovative technological solutions that help our clients optimize processes and achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute multi channel outbound prospecting strategies (email, LinkedIn, calls), where calls are used primarily for initial discovery, interest validation, and early qualification, prioritizing quality, cadence, and personalization.
  • Apply ABM and account/role based personalization, from ICP identification to message and sequence design.
  • Identify pains, context, and priorities of technical and business decision makers, conducting initial discovery calls when needed to validate basic qualification criteria (BANT) before moving forward with sales meetings.
  • Write, iterate, and optimize messaging and sequences using Generative AI, deciding when to automate and when to intervene with human judgment.
  • Convert contacts into qualified meetings with the sales team and Solution Hub members, ensuring a clear, documented handoff aligned with US B2B sales standards.
  • Collaborate with the Growth team (sales, marketing, and design) to refine ICPs, value propositions, messaging, and cadences; test hypotheses and learn from data.
  • Provide feedback to the Solution Hub with market signals, objections, and technical priorities observed across target accounts.

Minimum requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B outbound prospecting with proven results, including at least one year selling to U.S.-based accounts.
  • Experience in technology services/solutions, software, or consulting environments.
  • Knowledge of ABM, the B2B sales cycle, and opportunity qualification frameworks (BANT).
  • Ability to create and optimize outreach content using Generative AI.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics) and outbound channels (professional networks, email, and calls).
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or equivalent), with the ability to hold fluent commercial conversations with native or near‑native decision‑makers
  • Preferred technical background (Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, IT technical degrees, or equivalent experience in technology environments), complemented by well‑developed commercial skills.
