Possumus is looking for a Senior Sales Consultant / Executive to join our Sales Teams. POSSUMUS, is a leading software development company specializing in Banking, Fintech, and Oil & Gas. We are seeking a professional with solid experience in IT services sales, capable of managing the full sales cycle, developing strategic commercial relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and Close Business Opportunities
  • Identify and prospect new clients in key sectors.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.
  • Develop commercial proposals aligned with client needs.
  • Ensure profitability and meet established margin goals.
  • Manage Client Relationships
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Deliver commercial presentations and product/service demonstrations.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Technical Teams
  • Work closely with Project Managers and Software Architects to ensure proposed solutions are viable.
  • Meet Sales Goals
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas, profitability margins, and monthly/quarterly objectives.
  • Market Knowledge
  • Stay updated on products, services, and market trends.
  • Company Promotion
  • Represent POSSUMUS at trade shows, events, and networking activities.

Minimum requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT services sales, preferably in software development, nearshore, outsourcing, or consulting.
  • Demonstrated negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies.
  • Advanced English - C1 level. (must)
  • Ability to access and negotiate with decision-makers.
  • Availability for travel, event participation, and detailed pipeline and forecast management.
  • Coordination with marketing teams and ongoing client management (account management)

Core and Desired Tools

  • CRM: Dynamics Sales CRM.
  • Productivity: Office 365.
  • Sales Management: Process compliance and forecasting.
  • Networking: Industry relations (Banking, Fintech, Oil & Gas).
  • Expertise in the Microsoft ecosystem

Desired:

  • Certifications MS-900, AZ-900 and DP-900
  • Artificial Intelligence adoption

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Network of contacts in Banking, Fintech, Energy, Oil & Gas industries.
  • Understanding of software development cycles.
