Data Analyst Senior

At Possumus, we are looking for a Data Analyst Senior with a strong focus on data analysis and the development of interactive dashboards using Power BI. This role is key to transforming data into strategic insights that drive business decision-making. You will be part of a dynamic environment, working on multiple concurrent deliverables across different areas of the business, collaborating cross-functionally to enhance digital transformation and operational efficiency.

What you will be doing

-Analyze large volumes of data to extract actionable insights

-Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI

-Work with tools from the Microsoft ecosystem (Fabric, Azure, among others)

-Collaborate closely with Data Engineering teams

-Present results and insights to business stakeholders

-Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization

Minimum requirements

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, interactive dashboards, advanced use of DAX and Power Query (M))
  • Proven experience connecting and integrating multiple data sources, including model optimization
  • Solid experience working with structured data and data modeling
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes and data transformation workflows
  • Experience working with Microsoft ecosystem tools (SharePoint, MS Office) for collaboration and integration
  • Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate to complement analytical solutions
  • Experience working with modern data platforms (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Data Explorer)
  • Experience collaborating with Data Engineers and cross-functional data teams

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS


  • Experience working in cloud environments (Azure)
  • Knowledge of Python for data analysis and transformations
  • Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
  • Microsoft certifications such as DP-600 / DP-700 (or similar, depending on internal profile alignment)
